K3 battery compatability with K30

Im about to pull the trigger on Ebay for a NEW K3 Body with battery/charger/software......for $619 shipped from Canada !
I could care less about grey market warranty Vs USA Warranty if applicable ..... but cant figure out if the battery is interchangeable with my K30 ?
Any input would be appreciated.........Thanks !

The K-3 and K-30 use different batteries, so no. The K-3's battery has a much higher capacity.

I pulled the trigger and bought one...$619 shipped. Earned an additional $31 Ebay bucks and will use that to get a couple extra batteries (or a few).
Im stoked as after its all done it will end up being $588.............Thanks.

With any luck the Canadian seller is giving you a full warranty item. I bought my FA 77 Limited on eBay from a Canadian seller (Prodigital2000) and it came with the N.A. warranty and an additional 3 year Mack warranty.

He told me it was a 1 yr warranty. I may look into getting an extended with Mack when I get it in a week or so.........Thanks
