Hey K3 Crew,
Question. ... when trying to use the "dust alert" function on the K3, it goes thru the motions, says that data is being processed and then shows me a screen that says...

"The operation could not be completed correctly"

I'm not seeing any signs of dusts but wanted to check, and have the camera set to do a "dust removal " at "start up" action.

Any ideas whats going on here? Camera works fine otherwise.

any thoughts as to whats the issue here. I've tried it several times.

Try it with a freshly charged battery

Are you following the dust alert instructions on page 87 of the manual?

I was, or I thought I was.... Problem solved thanks.
The Issue was the camera did not like the wall I was using.. Must have been too dark. I tried a sheet of white copy paper instead and it works fine under a decent light.... and much quicker than the data processing was going with the wall shot.
