I may sound stupid but, I don't know what I did. I turned off my SR using the info button for quick access days ago. Later today I wanted to turn it on but the info and menu selection isn't highlighted so I couldn't access it. Can anyone tell me what I did and how I undo it?

Maybe check that you haven't got the self timer set to either 2 or 12 seconds as this turns off SR.

I've seen a few posts like this in the last few days, and they do make me smile, as I think I've made pretty much every mistake possible

Thanks for reminding me that the timer does that too. .... Mirror up is another, logically so I guess as you'd expect to be using the camera supported in that case.
