Who's using what....

SD cards in their K-3 K3ii ?? I usually stick w/ 32g Sandisk Extreme Pro SDHC, yet notice they can also use the SDXC, yet the XC seems only available in 64g...kinda wondering if any problems some have had w/ any types??

I have the k-3 and have used 64GB and 128GB SD (SDXC) cards with no problems.

Sandisk has 64, 128, 256, and 512 sdxc cards currently. I'm sure that 1024s are just around the corner

Generally speaking, sandisk's professional cards are super reliable. They also come with lifetime warranties.

I loved Sandisk and recommended them for years, but not long ago one of theirs failed me (and it was brand new). Then a clerk at the store told me that recently there have been a number of returns of that class of Sandisk (the gold label ones) cards, and online user questions seemed to confirm this. So now I am leaning more towards Lexar.
Still, I think there is a problem with super large cards. They are becoming increasingly complex to allow such high capacities, but then they don't allow normal diagnostics and have more potential for problems! What good is having 16GB, 32GB, 64GB if it fails you??
I haven't had a bad experience with an 2GB or 8GB card even after years of use. But two 16GB cards have disappointed me, one more than the other. I'm really not very happy with the hype of bigger and bigger cards. Maybe if I were a video shooter, then I might need such high capacities. For now, I will prefer to use a couple smaller cards, which are good enough for my use.
For me, reliability and consistency are #1 priority

PNY for me and some SanDisk. Prefer PNY due to cost vs reliability, they seem as reliable, they cost less. 32 and 64 in my rotation.
