How to use functions on the HD PENTAX-D FA 150-450mmF4.5-5.6ED DC AW

I would like to get more information please on how to use all of the function buttons on my new HD PENTAX-D FA 150-450mmF4.5-5.6ED DC AW. The AF , Preset, and AF cancel button, mode button, the 4 af set buttons, QFS/A, QFS/M AND M buttons. I have looked at the www. Ricoh website. It lists the features and specifications... but not how to really use them. I also went to youtube... not there either. I like reading a manual... know what I'm doing before I just start pushing buttons and changing settings. Probably over concerned... but I've never spent 2k on a lease before. Thanks, Bill

Manual looks pretty thorough in covering use of the lens.

If you bought the lens new it should have come with a small set of instructions, I've scanned them previously so have attached them here.

Between the Forum guide and the instructions you should be good to go.
