Debayer Pattern for K3

Can anyone confirm the debayer pattern (for RAW astrophotography) is BGGR?

Short of published information, I am not sure how a person might come by this information. Marketing materials associated with the Pixel Shift feature appear to show BGGR arrangement.

It's a shame that Pixel Shift wasn't available as a firmware update for the K3 (as opposed to the K3ii).
I'm curious - what benefit would there be in knowing the Bayer pattern?

Yup, you can look at the raw pixel data and see which demosaicing algorithm will make the colors look right.

That said, the illustration in figure 6 below, which was from a Pentax brochure on pixel shift, probably reflects the actual bayer pattern:

Need it for to debayer a raw astronomy picture for processing. Software needs to know which one of the four patterns to use.

Pretty sure every time I debayer a k3 raw file it's with BGGR option
