My K-3 keeps forgetting time and date

My K-3 is doing the same thing now, it loses time and date if I have the battery out, If I'm quick enough just a few seconds, it retains the time and date. Something I'll have to keep in mind when I change batteries from now on .
I might contact C.R. Kennedy and ask for a price to renew the internal battery.

leave it with a full Li-Ion on but keep an eye on it (as I wrote then: The K3 and other Pentax have a security-switch off anyway if the Li-Ion goes too low and would
come into danger)
