With the K-3-3 the current hot topic, I decided to dust-off my old K-3-2 and give it a spin.
I bought the K-3-2 new in October 2015 for about $900 (today, $1000) and used it (shutter count: 11,600) until I acquired a K-1 in May 2016. Since that time, it has perched on a shelf in my studio (say, 5 years) as I worked to learn the K-1, now K-1 MkII.
Anyway, I paired it to my HD D-FA 150-450 and took a few shots to zero it in. From that small series, I selected an image I liked and performed my standard 5 minute post processing routine, then published it to my Flickr account to get some feedback. When I checked the account this morning, I was surprised to see the image featured in Flickr's Explore grouping.
Even when the subject is somewhat mundane, the ol' K-3-2 still has some legs...eh?
K-3-2+HD DFA 150-450mm, close crop to compose, handheld, native lighting, LR+Topaz AI Clear+NIK...
Cheers, and Enjoy the Season... M
