Is the latest firmware update required for this lens ( FA 150-450) to operate correctly on the K 3?

If your current firmware is v1.20 or higher, you should be good to go. If not, the most recent version will provide the needed update.

this is the latest firmware up dates

they would include all the previous up dates

so if you want to update for the latest, just use this

Since there’s no fa 150-450, I assume the D FA 150-450 is the lens in question
