K-3 Auto ISO function with problems

I have got a problem with my K-3:
The Auto ISO function worked well in every mode.
But now it only works in the green mode and TAv mode, but refuses in Tv and Av.
Maybe I changed a setting unintended, but I cannot find a suitable menu item.
Can anybody give me an advice?

What lens are you using ? Might be worth giving the contacts a good clean. The camera needs to know the lens for auto ISO to work.

Auto ISO is not readily available in Tv and Av, you can see that on the screen. For use with Tv and Av you have to push the green button and on the right side at the bottom you"ll see appear Auto Iso. This is what I must do on my K-3.

In TAV mode, the user sets the shutter and aperture both manually, while the camera automatically figures the ISO. It is in that mode that auto ISO is an objective. You can also adjust the EV (exposure value) while in TAV mode to give the image outcome less or more exposure than is being figured by the camera. If the EV is adjusted while using TAV, the ISO may change to adjust to that setting also.

Thank you for your advice.
In my case the problem did not depend on a certain lens.
Meanwhile I could solve the problem by making a reset in the set-up menu.
The Auto ISO function is working again.

When the camera notices that the combination of exposure time and aperture causes a too dark picture or critical long expusure time the camera rises iso sensivity.

In my case it was different. The screen told me Auto ISO is working but it did not.
The function of the green button can be choosen in another menu item.
Meanwhile I could solve the problem by making a reset in the set-up menu.
The auto-iso function is working again.

In TAv mode the Auto ISO function worked properly.
The problem occured in Tv and Av mode.

I had the same problem and figured it out. Next time when this happens, just press "ISO" (you should be able to change ISO now with wheel). Don't use wheel, press "green" (or white in case of Monochrome ) dot button. This should bring your ISO to auto mode.
