Who will pre-order their K3

Just pre-ordered the K3 from Leederville Cameras in Perth. It's not yet up on their website but will be tomorrow I was told. Paid 20% deposit over the phone. Told it would be in in the first week or so of November - here's hoping!

I should have been more patient. I tried Pentax Australia's website earlier and the link was not active.
As a result I have cancelled my pre-order with B&H and gone through CRK: much better to have an Australian warranty and avoid the risk of being slugged import duties and GST.
I've ordered the grip from Adorama though, along with a few other random goodies to make the postage cost worthwhile

I just ordered mine through CRK. $1399 including GST looks pretty good to a guy who paid full whack ($1700) for a k-5.

Roll on November!!

I wonder if they will let me hang around in the foyer and wait??

I've committed. Pre-ordered the SE version this morning. I didn't realise that only 2,000 were being made, so I just hope I did it soon enough.

I would, either the body only or kit with 18-135WR if ANY of the retailers in Quebec had it...It went completelly under the radar in this part of the world.

I actually sent an email two the 2 main retailers in Quebec telling them I am not happy with the complete lack of coverage of this launch. It's probably not their fault though, Ricoh has to make it happen...

The guy at Henry's informed me these are not pre-orders, pre-orders are done when a camera is announced but the shipping date is unknown, K-3s are shipping and expected delivery is 3 weeks.

Funny though how the site mentions it is a pre-order. So did I just irder or did I just pre-order?

Done. I am pre-ordered at B&H.
My first K3 and Grip.
Second and third to follow in the coming weeks.
