Just what does one drink from a lion cup anyway?

Looks like he is still living up to his namesake to me. Wouldn't you agree?

One of the most famous of all gassers.

The Stone, Woods & Cook Willys gasser.
It's things like this that give him his nickname. Sometimes I think he likes cars more than he likes me.

One really neat thing about the gasser era was the hairsyles. A crew cut or DA for the guys, and a beehive for the girls.
The guys really looked good then. Cleancut. Well built. A sharp look in a well fitted pair of Levi 501's shrunk to that perfect fit, a tight white t-shirt.

As racer would say, mmmmmm . . . . . . . tasty!

But now we are all older, and wouldn't look so great in the fashions of yesterday. C'est la vie!

Mrs Racer (aka Brand X), a question if I may;
Is the picture in Racer's last post a portrait of you?
Just asking.

Her eyes are brown, and even at the ultra wide angle of a shot like that the nose is much smaller.

And she is way prettier than the "Miss Huh?" girl.

Oh, and hers is a natural beauty that does not require makeup.

Not at all.

She knows how I feel about her. She knows that I was attracted to her because of her attributes, and how they follow what attracts me to her.

I even tell her that from time to time.

It looks like the K3II doesn't a have the Ricoh name on the back or the camera. I'll know for sure when it's delivered this Wednesday from B&H.

The advice from the OP would be to send it back if it does!
On the other hand, you have come VERY close to being on topic, and the Moderator might come down pretty hard! ("like a ton of bricks" springs to mind)
Take cover!

btw, congrats on your purchase (as long has it doesn't have that name on the back!)

Oh, come on Parallax, Scooterpilot has raised the issue of photography, and the name on the back of the camera, doesn't that call for at least a SEVERE reprimand?
You have a responsibility to keep this thread pure!
Do your job, (or I'll tell Adam! But would that do any good, I ask?)
You will lose all respect if this thread degenerates into a mish-mash of photography and gear talk!

Everyone is entitled to one faux pas. As long as there are no repeat offenses, I think we're okay.
As to your threat to rat me out to Adam goes: "Do you feel lucky, punk?"
