Of course. Ten times better. 10xK-3 = K-30

Nono, no matter the value of 'K', K-3 will always be greater than K-30. If, for example, K = 2, then K-3 = 2 - 3 = -1, and K-30 = 2 - 30 = -28. So the value of K-3 would be greater than K-30. If K = -100, then K-3 = -103 and K-30 = -130.

Now, that situation would only change if we deviated from the official hociR nomenclatura and wrote 'K3' and 'K30' instead. Then, depending on whether K is positive or negative, either could be greater or smaller.

It looks to me that the flames from the pyrotechnic displays are generating considerable heat.

I don't know about the rest of you, but when there is that much heat in such a confined area, I don't want to be anywhere near it.

Oh great.

Now we have a young scholar whipping out math formulas.

My head is starting to spin.

I feel dizzy.

I'm going to pass out now . . . . . . .

You speak as if the hociR treats K as a constant

The "K" is a mystical value, understood solely be those initiated into the inner circle.

Well, there is tequila Tuesday, whiskey Wednesday, and then again on Thursday more tequila.

Friday is free.

Saturday and Sunday are for getting sloshed.

Monday is for more.

And on Tuesday it starts all over again.

I'll drink to that!

Actually, there are only rare conditions under which I'll drink:
I have to be alone or with somebody and it has to be on a day that ends in y.

I would join in for Whisky Wednesday, but my bottle of single malt is locked up in my flatmate's room who I gave it to to lighten the dark hours of Scottish summer while I was away, and now that I am back up here she is away. So I cannot get my bottle. Which makes me sad.
