I am working on a small project that will surely increase the hit count. Assuming, however, that I get it done.

-29C today with wind chill at -45C so I decided to stay in. If not, I could have posted a shot of a butt although it have been frozen and would have had to be moved to "Not work safe".

29 below, that is little nippy. Was around +17C here today.
Did some leaf-blowing in a T-shirt and shorts, got hot and started sweating. Attached is the butt-roast on the grill. It is a cut of pork shoulder and it is as tasty as Bacon.

Cheers.

I just found out there was a plague of issues. We have found a new purpose...enumeration of the plague and laying the proper blame on the Ricoh logo.

That is the problem with pigs now days. They have butts on their shoulders. Is there a Ricoh tatoo somewhere?

If there was, it did not effect the flavor.
