We went up to the local cemetary, the spot with the best view, along with lotsa company. Used my old K100d topped with the 70-300 glass to shoot some images of Mt Rainier as the sun set , and waited for the moon to appear... Eventually we noticed it, but it was already well above the horizon. Still some good shots, will try to get them up soon.

Tonight's dinner made by me, myself and I !!!

Spaghetti with BIG bacon bits ... " Lardons " as the French call them
What's that, they have the lard on.

Well, in this case it's spaghetti, innit? I'm sure it's just like with sushi - it doesn't really matter what you add to the rice, it's still sushi. Except you swap the rice with lardon, and that, undeniably, makes a whole lot more sense.

It will help save Tokyo, too. Which, ironically, sushi most definitely will not!

The battle ain't over yet

This is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end. But it is, perhaps... perhaps... Wait, somebody write this down - I have a feeling this might be quoted over and over in the decades to come.

Now where was I... Yes, yes. But it is, perhaps, the start of a meal of grilled bacon wrapped spare ribs dripping with sauce...

When's dinner?

It's not the end, but the middle. There is always bacon in the middle! Bacon FTW!

Wait a second ... why spend so much to transport ?!

A boat trip will be fine.

Nice down time to "age" a bit more.

An absolutely irrelevant post .

The truth is on the bottom (of the camera body)

Any resistance is futile
