I can usually get turkey $0.69-0.89/lb. Ham is more. Up to about $1.99/lb.
I'll be there tomorrow. (I wish!)

that's about what it is here. I don't think I've ever seen turkey above $1.29.

Velveeta is not a food-like substance. It might have qualified as hazardous waste but I doubt it fits any classification by our local waste handling authorities.
Velveeta is delicious, full of nutrition, and a favorite of millions for grilled cheese sandwiches, casseroles, and fantastic dip.

On the other hand your beloved lutefish is listed in Wikipedia as an "Ocean Rodent". Read this and be nauseated....I was!
Lutefisk, Lyefish, How To Make Lutefisk, Whats Cooking America

Regards & Merry Christmas to those that eat that disgusting rodent jello instead of turkey or ham for their Christmas dinner.

Speaking of Spam, I had to open my emergency can of chorizo Spam when our electric went out yesterday.
Had a slow cooker pot roast going at the time, that went on the grill too.

Melt some Velveeta on those and call it "better than a steak"!

They are tasty for sure but if I want more than one tiny serving I have to reduce the amount of additives. Lol, I returned it and bought Cornish Game Hens. At this point I would shoot myself a turkey and not with a camera. Ha ha My auntie procured the Feral Hog we have been dining on so Wild Turkey would make no difference. When I told my hubby I was returning the turkey he started laughing. He said he had gotten a mental image of the fact that all that I would have left with would be the "Two cans of cranberry sauce."

That's Easy Cheese, the Silly String of processed cheese "food". Once called 'Snack Mate', it descended from Squeeze Cheese, but I can't find a evolutionary link between Velveeta and Squeeze Cheese. They all seem to have the same list of ingredients, which somehow don't add up to 'cheese'.

I'm kind of irritated at the post office. My package from mixbooks went to Bay Minette this morning, then to my post office, out for delivery & now it's back at Bay Minette. WTF?! Bay Minette isn't even in the same county I live in!!

No...you don't eat it but I guess you could? It's a Unisex spray cologne. Drives women crazy.....possums and raccoons too! Don't wear it near your doggie, it tends to make them start ...you know....
