No such luck! I did get a set of Big Hero 6 flash drives! But it looks like Santa came and threw up Christmas in the living room!

On the twelfth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me:

12-pack of beer
Eleven 1957 Fords!
Ten bottles of cheap Bordeaux
Nine thousand dollars on credit cards to pay off.
Eight Cokin filters
seven restraining orders
Six-pack of beer.
Five step-down rings!
Four Crumpler bags
Three copies of separation papers to sign
Two tripod legs
And a partridge and a K-3.

I'm seeing a pattern here . . . . . .

Speaking of Spam, I had to open my emergency can of chorizo Spam when our electric went out yesterday.
Had a slow cooker pot roast going at the time, that went on the grill too.
A show on BBC4 today said that in S Korea spam is considered some kind of special, good food.

Hmm. The long version of the joke was that half were trying to get away from lutefisk, and half were trying to spread the lutefisk gospel.

That would explain why there are two major concentrations in North America - those along the coasts, and those huddled in the very middle of the continent, as far as possible from the ocean (and cod).

I'm sure there are suitable fish to use in America's Heartland. Sturgeon would work, wouldn't it?

I worked at the PUD (a local electric utility) for 30 years. Every time the power went out my friends and neighbors would pester me about pulling strings to get it back on quickly.

As much as I wished I could have, my status as a lowly worker bee gave zero influence in the process of power restoration after a wind storm or snow interrupted it.

Isn't there an "ignore this poster" option?
QuoteOriginally posted by normhead Quote
Yes there is.

At the top of the page on the right "My Account"

Then "User Control Panel."

On the left halfway down "edit Ignored Users"

Add his user name to your list. I only have about 16 on there, many others have a lot more.

I have yet to ignore others in this way, here or on any other forum. As I see it, those who deserve to be shunned aren't worth the effort. I can simply choose to ignore them the old fashioned way.
