I have a wedge of Shropshire bleu that I'm saving for, um, come to think of it I don't know why I'm saving it. I think I might just go have some.

My dear fellow, you missed the irony. I make a dreamy macaroni and cheese with proper exposure, depth, composition and, obviously, mostly manual. It is my son that is on green mode and thinks that is the real thing

Pentax is doomed.

On an even more depressing note, I was talking to a guy in St. Catherine's yesterday who sells Pentax, and he's ticked at them right now, because apparently, they are sold out of K-3s, and Pentax Canada doesn't have any, they are hoping to pick up unsold stock from other countries, but he has deposits on a couple and can't get the cameras.

Tar pit has so many negative connotations. I prefer to think of it as stew. Cheesy stew perhaps, but still stew. And as people visit and toss something in the pot the nature of the stew changes according to the contributed ingredients.

Or soup if you prefer, of the stone variety: Stone Soup - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
How about a giant bowl of nacho cheese. Not fatal and also tasty!!

Sounds like the K-3 is overrunning sales projections. Double edged sword.

Or production capacity.

Kinda weird since no one is buying the k-3 because of the strange printing on the rear LCD..........

Is a K-3 a type of pepper, and can I grow it in Colorado?

I'll be expanding our garden for this next season, and I'm looking for candidates, especially peppers.

No it is not a type of pepper.
It is a small animal (about one third the size of a dog).

As an amateur/enthusiast photographer I don't have those same considerations....but if Ricoh were to ever put their name on top of the pentaprism, that would be the end of my brand loyalty to the Pentax name.
Yep, at that point it would be brand loyalty to Ricoh.
