Over the weekend I got an email from a US university. Recent power failures on campus were the result of squirrels attacking an on campus power substation.

Last week I got an email from an Australian university. Recent power failures were the result of birdstrikes off campus, but the effect was serious equipment damage on campus (such as building air conditioners failing in the middle of summer in buildings with no opening windows).

Yes, that's true. It smells exactly like Velveeta just before it hits the melting point.

Still, the action of puking is less unpleasant than eating Velveeta - and less hazardous to your health.

I printed a recipe for Broccoli Cheese soup. It specifies 1 1/2 lb. of Velveeta.

Then I slept for 7 hours.

Then I made popcorn and read the K-1 threads.

YIKES!

Don't pick on me....I don't have a lot of options on who will talk with me, so I take what I can get.

We have steamed broccoli covered with melted Velveeta almost every evening meal. Delicious and good for you. Broccoli has all the nutrients you need and Velveeta has all the important chemicals....you get it all!

You mean the inevitable disappointment when a new Pentax camera turns out to just be a camera, instead of a ball of light and energy that defies physics and instantly makes the owner cool and sexy and the envy of every Nicanonista? Haven't we been down this road before? (with the K-3II, K-3, K-5II...)

No problem here.....and I eat a lot of Velveeta! My Mom loves Velveeta too......we ate it at most every meal when I was a kid. Great melted on breakfast biscuits, in soups, on burgers.....you name it! My Mom is 89, and her only problem is with her taxes this year.....and I'm working on that. Seems that if you lose money on gas/oil you get double the loss back in tax credits. Crazy stuff!
No wonder those Big Oil guys have all the money!

No velveeta here, but I did promise some time back to post photos of our Weber bbq's. Here's both the 57cm (22.5 inch) kettle and the camping version, the "Go Anywhere grill".
