They would be great for surveying, right?

I think they might give my Discovery a run for it's money.

especially since you can't replace your Discovery with the new model, as it is to be discontinued!!

Mark,
Are you a land surveyor?

all this talk of cheese, nuts and "healthy eating". I use real sugar: no artificial sweetener rubbish. I use real butter, I hardly ever use it but I'd rather enjoy my food than scrape margarine 90% which is made of compounds that are chemically indiscriminate from plastic.

I'm a real butter eater too, but:

" One molecule, and more importantly how the molecules are arranged, makes a huge difference to the end product. Take for example the difference between hydrogen peroxide and water, which have only one atom difference."

Minor differences: One is a life sustaining compound, [OHO] the other is a highly unstable* explosive used in rocketry,[HooH]

....or if you want to gain a new perspective on the fleeting nature of life you can try: HoooH ( dihydrogen trioxide)

*Especially at high concentrations, any peroxide (oxygen-oxygen) bond is suspect. If it’s part of a much larger molecule, then it’s much less likely to detonate: but it is best to avoid making peroxides if you know what’s good for you.

Peroxide blonds are some of the most dangerous of all. One almost got me shot by Mrs Rupert once long ago. I never "made her" ...but I damn near died trying!

Great.

This discussion was turning to chemistry, then suddenly veered off course to the fairer sex.

Me?

I like them all.

Blonde.

Brunette.

Redhead.

I prefer naturals, and women who posses natural beauty that does not require tons of makeup.

No, it's the Defender that will only be replaced in 2018 - Funny thing a company that stops making a product before having a replacement product in the market!
The next Discovery is an ugly looking beast. Of course, the newer ones have waaayyy to much electronics to be true off-road vehicles. So, I'll stick to good ol' beam axles, thanks!
