Didn't notice that, yes Congrats Mark!
Happy to see the job go to another Weber griller.

Here's a simple wing recipe:
50/50 mix of soy sauce and brown sugar
(add hot sauce if desired)
marinate the wings for a couple of hours
grill over direct medium heat, basting and turning often until done
Thanks Bob. Can't beat that Weber!

I've got babies! About 10 days ago the nest in the rafters of my carport fell out and two of the tiny eggs cracked. I carefully put the nest back up more secure than it was, and hoped for the best.
Today I heard some low chirping.....looks like the two of them made it!

I was on a shaky ladder, so I got what I could before I ended up with more broken stuff...

Spring is wonderful! Baby raccoons coming soon!

There isn't much hope for "Rupert types". It wasn't all that high up, but one leg sunk and it started leaning. Just got lucky.....this time! Mrs Rupert keeps telling me......"You're not brave, you're just stupid."

I won't challenge that thought......Rupert types don't do all that well challenging authority. Stupid and dumb are two different things...

Regards!

I'm still excited over the baby birds! I had my helper working to weed eat in the Woods of Otis today and had him stop to dig some worms for the babies. I put them on the front cedar fence top rail and the parents were fast to snatch them up and take them to the babies. I have a can full for tomorrow!

OK Jim. Guess you missed it. After all it was part of a multiquote reply.

I'll quote my reply here so there can be no doubt.

I don't see any problem there...as long as the worker has on his parachute. My workers are required to wear one at all times just in case.

Haven't seen Otis around here since the new Mod line-up. What's the problem Otis, I thought you liked those guys?

"Yep, until they became cops...now it's like a cop on every corner here!"

Regards!

.......got to go put out worms for the baby birds! I hope they don't get too fat to fly?

Otis claims no one can see him this morning at ISO 6400?

I didn't get my Hot Wings last night.....maybe tonight? We had genuine Mexican burritos made by my friend that owns the Mexican restaurant downtown. They are so unlike what you get at Taco Bell or other fast food places. Big and full of delicious ingredients and not at all spicy unless you want to add the special sauce.

Still....I'm craving those wings!
