Nothing's wrong with real Canadian maple syrup. (Even with bacon) But, I think it's making you wax lyrical.

Love maple syrup.

On my pancakes.

On my waffles.

On my French toast.

On my bacon.

I drag sausage through the runoff.

Oh, and did I mention I like maple syrup on my bacon?

What happened to the tar & feathers scenario?

I dunno.

That was Bob's thing.

Me? I was all about cooking bacon, remember?

I should get back to that. I have about 100 albums or so. Started making wav files from them once. A tedious process. Cleaning up pops and clicks takes time.

Someone asked if I'd do theirs and how much.

I told them they couldn't pay me enough.

I've only digitised the rarest LP's I own. You're right, it is a tedious process. Luckily, most of my LP's are so good, there's no crackle and pop! But, not the valuable ones - those took some work! I did one for a friend, no charge. I've done them to CD, so they're now easy to play at least. I have a large number of CD's. My wife is doing the Spottify thing, but I'm still oldfashioned, LOL.

I have a fair collection, not large - some 100 popular music albums, about 50 classical and another 40 or so soundtracks, musicals and odd stuff. On top of that, a handful of '45's and a couple of hundred '78's. I play the '33's from time to time, but very seldom do I play the '78's. I have a good '78's player, but until recently I did not have it set up. I can play those on the 1930's radiograms I own, or on the older gramophones, but then I have to use the steel needles and I'm down to my last 10-12 tins of needles and they're not so good for the records, so using the Garrard is the better option.

Records are making a major comeback of course - how times change.

If Bert will eat something like this, then I'll withdraw my tar and feathers recommendation.
Redneck biscuits and gravy casserole as made and photographed by a fellow forum member of a bbq website.
Made with sausage gravy, hash browns, biscuits, and cheese.
It is on my to do list.
What say ye Bert?

Don't think so, unless they make a shred.
