No bacon?.....I'd have had to give those to the raccoons and start over.

Otis said he would've filled that bath with naked girly squirrels and behaved in a manner that would make Romans blush. I told Otis I would've filled the bath with Southern Comfort, naked girls, and done the same. Like minded?....could be?

Oh the joys of K1 playing today! While the peasants go off to work and dream of the day they too will be a Pentax Pro!

Doing what I do most ...shooting squirrels and birds!

People (???) ask me..."Rupert, you old Pro..... how on earth do you get those shots handheld at 1/60 @ 500mm with a big 'ol heavy Bigma?"

Well, I shoot with a Pentax K1 like any other real Pro would do!

1/60 handheld @ 500mm

Mother's Day dinner splurge.
$18 per pound, Prime grade, rib-eye pinwheel cap steaks.
The only cooking error was not wrapping them with bacon.

So you didn't have some of that fine applewood smoked brown sugar maple bacon that came off of your grill?

I'm shocked!

....and in time you will be in such a state of confusion that you won't even know it! Can have its advantages.....I got stopped by a cop on the loop the other day for 55 in a 50...they are tough around here. I normally never speed...well almost never...haven't had a speeding ticket in over 30 years.

I told him I was old and confused....and thought I was on the Interstate.....and had two broken feet. He didn't even give me a warning, just shook his head, told me to slow down and walked away. Seriously!

Yes, I'm finding that out.
I just hope that by the time I'm as old as Rupert I'll remember to breathe.

They must be tough there.

Here drivers routinely get by with 7 to 10 over.

Go 11 over though and you're getting a roadside driving award!

You'll do fine...if you stay off of roofs.

I just got my first Otis Approval Award...I am so excited! I've only been a Pro two days and already I'm famous in the Squirrel Kingdom!

Here is what did it!

"What are you guys lookin' at?..... you're as lazy as I am!"

"If you are having nasty thoughts get some damn help you perverts!"

My cherished award!

Fun day! I think I may make every day Rupert Pentax Day! Heck, I don't do much of anything anyhow!

Regards!

You don't have to like someone to correspond with them Rupert.
eg. Do you like the IRS?

This thread is only 203 posts short of the frontrunner Alphabet Race
Is there a prize for the poster who gets us past the other? (a K-1 would be nice...Nah, they are all sold out and the winner would have to wait until July)

Otis says it is not important to be liked or have friends as long as you are a Pro and dedicate yourself to shooting handsome squirrels and making certain they are well fed and cared for. He said if I get lonely he will come by twice a day and pat me on the back to comfort me. He also said he has a million dirty jokes to make me smile again.....

I might try it for a few days...he does have some damn funny dirty jokes!

Otis doesn't understand work. It is a human term that doesn't translate into Squirrel.
