Yes, it is my understanding that there were several young children aboard? It has not been too "newsworthy" here as you would expect, it seems that politics "trumps" everything from here to November. Little information about the victims or the circumstances has been released so far.

When you put yourself in the shoes of the parents, relatives, and friends of the victims, it is very heartbreaking.

My sisters wanted to give my Mom a balloon flight on her 85th birthday and I absolutely denied it happening. Didn't have to worry really, when my Mom hear about it she noted it was my sisters that were insane, not her.
My SO has taken a balloon flight off her bucket list. Oh wait!!

Another shot to start your day off right........

Chicken Fried Bacon....the ultimate Texas candy.

This is also most delicious with country style bacon grease based cream gravy and big fluffy soda biscuits for breakfast. With the sauce I had it is great for lunch or dinner.....or both. In reality, you can eat bacon for every meal and don't need much of anything else.....just sides like fried okra and those big biscuits and gravy.
Sunday night I at dinner that looked like that, but it was crispy roast chicken at an establishment called 'Tim Palace'. Conversation included such things as old men's diseases and disablements.

I eagerly await the arrival on the shelves of my friendly neighborhood grocery store!
Watch out: when they arrive they will probably hire some kid to order you to have a nice day, and you will just be able to feel the way the kid is just reciting the script.

Gotta be careful today....I am not feeling kinder or gentler, just feeling meaner than hell. Cleaning up all that puke off my deck from the drunken squirrels was the provocation that did it. I know Otis was behind it .....

Drunken squirrels everywhere yesterday...

Otis says this wasn't him, it was an impersonator, but it looks just like him and I think it is.

Puking all over the place...

Hot humid weather, squirrels and cold beer is not a good mix.

A lone newbie squirrel...the only sober one I see out there this morning. He has all the feed to himself...but I heard him say he'd trade it for a cold beer if he was of legal age.

Relax, got you covered brother.
Just had a guy come to the door pushing home improvements.
I told him none needed, he kept talking, so I shut the door.
He then let out a WHEEE! sound.
I opened the door again, and practically yelled Don't get ******* cocky with me!
Haven't had fire in the belly like that in some time now, kinda felt good.
Thankfully we get very few solicitors, else it might be rough on the old ticker.

Next time, watch out for the nose when you slam the door.

I've stayed stealthy today......when I am like this I know better than to mix with others. My helper was coating my deck with sealer and I had to go to Home depot for another gallon this morning. An old lady said I was in her way over in the paint dept and I wanted to ask her how she would know since she appeared to have been dead for several years.....but ....I didn't. Went home and stayed inside, let my helper work at her own pace and stayed off the internet. No one tried to shoot me, so I guess I did OK?

Regards......Early to bed tonight, gotta sleep this off.

I've made enough mistakes in posting to try to take a moment to proof read before hitting submit.....a single vowel can make a hell of a difference!

Regards!.....not "Beast Regards!"

Squirrels have more of a nutty flavor.....you don't need peanut oil to fry them either.
