And that's why you will buy a K-3?

I have a K5IIs.

And that is one of the myriad reasons I will not buy a K3.

It's a symbiotic relationship that makes our gear the very best.

End of debate.

Now, how about some bacon?
The book title had nothing to do with a plastics manufacturer in Japan.

Another thing I did yesterday was I bought some cheese. This time a Pink Cheshire, that actually looked mostly yellow, did not see any pink. Quite nice for the first part. Mild compared with the Double Gloucester I bought a couple of weeks back. The DG has an almost hot flavour.

Sigh... I'm dieting. Well, by dieting, I mean I'm reducing my calorie intake and eating more healthily. Day 4, and I've been well-behaved so far. I feel less bloated, and not too hungry, but it's breakfast time now... and I could really enjoy a nice bacon sandwich. Instead, I'm having a knäckebröd cracker with a slice of ham and some cucumber. It's a poor, poor substitute.

...slice of ham on a cracker... bacon sandwich - what's the difference: pig meat on carbs??

Well, one of them contains 100 calories, the other about 400 but is utterly delicious. A rose by any other name does not necessarily smell as sweet.

I'd stick with bacon and skip the weird sounding cracker and cuke.

Bob, we live in a world that has crackers, and those crackers have to be eaten by men on diets. Who's gonna do it? You? You, RacerX69? I have a greater waistline than you can possibly fathom. You weep for bacon, and you curse the cucumber. You have that luxury. You have the luxury of not knowing what I know - that eating crackers and cucumbers, while tragic, probably saves calories; and my diet, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, saves calories.

You don't want the truth because you can't handle the truth!

Fact, dieting makes people cranky.

I've had knäckebröd before. It is good, a great alternative for other breads and crackers.I've had it with many toppings, cheeses, meats, etc. I like it with cream cheese and lox.

I prefer pickled eggs over the boiled. I guess I like vinegar and also the convenience of cooking it once a month instead of every day or two. I first saw pickled eggs in a little shop in Highworth, Wilts. Sometimes go through it. And Lechlade on Thames is nearby. Seems to have an interesting reputation.

I must disagree, nothing wrong with näkkileipä, put some cheese on it. Slices of hard-boiled egg topped with pickled herring is very tasty also.
