Oui, mon ami ... I am a BaaBer now.

But it seems to make decent portraits with the FA 77 wide open ... a rapid shot Friday morning in the kitchen of Charlotte wearing four X-mas hats stacked upon each other. She took them to school to share for the last day before vacation ... luckily all four hats came home at the end of the day. We need them for a family portrait ... ha!

Oops ... photo talk.

Désolé
.

Well, I think it works quite well for a small format camera

And photo talk is on-topic if it can save Tokyo.

I think.

We are 5 total, so, one hat short ... unless if I stay behind the BaaB ... but, there's still hope of another hat acquisition with the shopping days ahead.

Ah, but to fit five people in the frame you surely need a 6x7 - at the very least!

Or, shoot long exposure and two family members swap one hat half way through?

Sorry, I'll stop talking about photographic technique now. Especially bad technique.

Something healthy I threw together a few nights back - in anticipation of the large quantities of meat that will be eaten in our household over Christmas eve, Christmas and Boxing Day.

Met a fellow Pentaxian the other day in town.
Somebody I knew as well.
Had the brand and model blacked out, but I recognized the shape of the K-5 and FA 31.
