We have three dead vehicles on our property (don't run), they are all Fords.

Did you try putting gasoline in them instead of petroul?

Ohh! *facepalm* That's what we forgot!

Actually they are all relatively easy fixes;
Aerostar - needs brakes fixing
Explorer - transmission problem
Diesel F250 - leaky oil thingy

Just think, every morning you can walk out and just look at those Fords admiringly!

That's not a fault. That's the special Ford way of letting you know there's still oil in it. You need to worry when it stops leaking!

I actually think it was the cooling system...? Apparently it's quite common. It was leaking near the engine, the dealership wanted $12000 to replace the whole engine. Silly thing is the same problem would just happen again - and the engine is fine. We'll get round to fixing it one day - maybe when we have a workshop built - but we replaced it with a Ram.

Well it is a Powerstroke. Leak like a sieve. They must have been designed by the same guy who invented Detroit Diesels. If you own a truck with a Detroit Diesel, you also are required to own an oil well.

Yes, 27 is a base 10 way of counting.

It is 23 in dozens and 21 in baker's dozens an 1B in Hex and 1111 in binary.

I'm confused. What does this have to do with using a logical system of measurement? I mean, hex and binary have their uses, but baker's dozens are still more baffling to me than literal rocket science. Who invented the baker's dozen. and WHY?
