The other day I was taking photos of a squirrel which had a spruce cone in it's mouth, after a few photos he picked up the cone and threw it at me (hit me in the chest), I think that's the cue to stop taking photos.

Could have something to do with Genghis Khan poking around Europe, way back when...

My mothers test came back recently. She is 99% Finnish, 1% middle Asian.

Otis had informed him about your bagpipe and he wanted to make sure you didn't try it on him.

"Get back with that damn bagpipe!"

For me that would have been the clue to pick the cone up and throw it back.

Maybe even a rock.

Otis says poking always has some effect, and over a period of time can even cause swelling.

Otis says he has done a lot of poking, but that is just plain disgusting! He does have lines he won't cross!

Breakfast was a butter toasted Hawaiian roll, 2 scrambled eggs beaten with cream, bacon, and ice cold milk.
(all but the bacon from Aldi)
No pics, so it didn't happen, therefore no calories were consumed.

Damn...I never thought of that! I can diet and still eat all I want now that I know your secret!

Aldi has some great maple smoked and apple smoked bacon but it is usually hard to find and in limited quantities. . I have the girls save me some when it comes in about every few weeks. Meanwhile, often having "bacon flashes" that require immediate attention, I buy their pre-cooked bacon ($2.99) that can be stored without refrigeration and popped in the micro for about 10-15 seconds. It has a nice flavor and stays nice and flat for sandwiches. I keep 3 packs of it on hand at all times for emergencies. You can't be too cautious about your bacon supply. I'm going to micro 6 slices right now to go with some Aldi Big Flaky biscuits (.89 cents-8) but you won't see it here!
If you are going to post your biscuits and bacon, use the mini biscuits, they are delicious too...(.48 cents-10)

Gonna make some fried potato sandwiches today.....(5# bag of red potatoes- .99 cents!)

Bob, if they have any left...try the stuffed clams ($3.29- 12) They are really good to serve alongside those big butterfly shrimp!

Hot dogs tonight (.79 a package) with Aldi chil ($1.29 can....with beans .99) or Aldi Veggie Chili if you are dieting....($1.29 can)...it is very good chili, can hardly tell the difference!
BTW- Those .79 cent dogs are superb! Why spent 3-4 times as much when they are delicious at .79 cents! Mrs Rupert is not a dog lover, but she loves these!

Aldis...gotta love them!

Regards!

Note: Otis say I have used up all my time today...and I didn't even get to tell a Rupert Story. That doesn't seem fair?

Yep, but like squirrels say, you can offset it by cheating!

Here is breakfast, but I'm posting the one I just made for Mrs Rupert...so mine didn't happen!
