All this talk of meaty-balls reminded me that I need to talk to Otis about some of his squirrels that are overdosing on those internet testosterone products he is selling.

Ya, you betcha.
This is a perfect example of regional dialect.
For you folks to the South it may be "ya, youbetcha". Around these parts it would be "sure, youbetcha". Dontchaknow.

Okay, I may get flamed for this as much as you, but that sounds really good. I love goat cheese, and garlic, so that seems like a perfectly wonderful to me.

Milk grown from seeds or milked from one of your gown wearing, booted, bagpipe playing goats?
Kidding aside, it does sound good!

The cheese is amazing!

Only about 8 hours to make the 1/2 pint of cheese (most of that is just waiting as the cheese hangs, about 20 min of actual work).

No and no, it was me wearing the gown, boots, and torturing cats.
But yes to the goat.

I was telling a friend of mine, when he was drinking almond milk, that it must be pretty darn hard to milk the almonds in the morning; the teats must be microscopic!

Currently grilling our dinner; on a fire with a grill lid over it, not one of Bob's Weber things.
Corn-on-the-cob and sausages. Also mashed potatoes boiled in the whey from cheese-making.
