About that. Not a Raleigh, but I got it at K-Mart for less than $100.

Wore the tires out a couple of times, replaced the brake pads once, and I'm on my 4th seat.

Mine has never had anything replaced, was probably around £100.
I did switch the brake handles around, to fit the 'driving on the right side of the road'.
