I may have mentioned that I despise working on anything automotive...I don't understand it and I hate getting dirty and greasy

however since we got rid of the truck I needed to get my utility trailer out of the barn
yes the barn where mice only eat pvc-clad copper wire

we got it the eighty miles home without a ticket...no lights and one of the hubs was pretty warm

so I spent this morning crawling around underneath the damn thing rewiring the lights
then I popped the dust caps off...one side was perfect, the other not so much

twenty years ago I was going to put "bearing buddies" on..so I went to the parts store
the place where I always feel inadequate, almost defective
instead of the normal borderline perv that works the counter was a medium attractive, middle aged parts woman

finding the correct part was simple...they only had one
then she tripped me up....
do you want a bra for that?
huh?
a bra...you know something to cover up the nipples
huh?
you know the zerks
ahhh

i'm way too old to blush but she played me like a cheap violin

anyway, now I have kinky kaps on my trailer...shiny stainless bumps with provocative, shiny plastic bras
Laughing so hard that my face hurts...

Just got a huge craving for a slice or two of pepperoni and cheese pizza from the local deli. They make one of the best does.

So, two weeks ago pulling up to the driveway on my bicycle and getting ready to dismount, got hung-up in the seat. Weight shifted to the front, front brake locked up and over the handlebars I went. Landed on the left knee, might have chipped my kneecap.

So here is Thursday, doing better, neck is still giving me a fit.
I am at work, happy go lucky, before lunch I get stung by a wasp on my right leg, hurt like hell.

So the same Thursday late afternoon, with nearly blinding neck pain and a wasp sting on my leg. I am on a scissor-lift with a 18 volt Milwaukee drill hooked to a 2" hole-saw cutting a hole thru the roof of a trailer. Hit a steel beam, hole-saw jams up and the drill damn near breaks my right wrist.

Fast forward to Saturday. Got ambushed by a wasp from behind while walking towards the pool to check chemical levels. This sucker got me good, the leg is swollen pretty bad even today.

So went to Lowe's and came home with ammo in my fight against stinging bugs. I really hate Wasps!

Operator error in chosen gear, there is a reason for cycling shorts being designed the way they are.
