I thank you Norm! You have some handsome squirrels up there...none comparable to Otis, of course, but plenty handsome! Your posting is appreciated!

Come on Norm.....everyone knows you don't post bad shots, they are always excellent. We expect it .......and you deliver without fail. Now I do get some decent shots myself at times....the difference is I "get lucky" while you are just damn good at what you do.
Hey...I don't forget that Tess is damn good too...I miss seeing more of her work.

Best Regards!
Rupert
.....almost lunchtime........with all these steroids, I m hungry all the time. Hope it is good but mostly hope there is plenty of it! Yesterday I even ate
a bowl full of plain lettuce...never done that before....and probably never will again!

Keep thinking that Rupert, but my secret is pretty much "Shoot 200 photos and one or two is bound to be good." Tess is having trouble getting motivated these days. None the less she just took my 28-105 on a 3 day trip, because it's her new favourite lens, which makes it darn near impossible for me to "borrow" it. For a person losing interest in photography she sure like high end gear. Maybe she'll post something soon.

Try sprinkling bacon bits on it, makes a world of difference!

Rupert...a while back you mentioned that there were some spots in the plains you found boring to drive through

one of my favorite drives is highway 2 through Nebraska

last week we pulled into the west end of halsey national forest
in the few miles we drove in we found our all wheel drive is almost as good as four wheel drive

this is a shot of that forest

Nice scene! Looks like the forest may be thinning out a little? That is a nice drive from what I have heard.

Changes......due to scheduling here of the lung draining, I won't be going home until Wed. That's OK.....I don't want them to rush anything. I am much stronger today...walked the entire 3rd story wing today....twice. A week ago today I could barely walk 10 feet to the toilet and when I did it took 15 minutes for me to recover my breath. Today........it was no problem.

Keep up those best wishes!........they are doing me good!
Best Regards!
Rupert

I'm confused. You're a big guy in Texas Jim. You should be able to hit the porcelain from 10 feet away?

With all these steroids pumped in me, the firing angle is damn near straight up and it hits the ceiling and runs down.......I guess I could try a bank shot off the far corner?

Regards!

That's because he started 20 feet away.
