Jim, I am so sorry to hear this. But may your remaining days be filled with bacon, and family, and the love of your life (in reverse order), and may you, when the time has come, come to rest under a beautiful old tree full of squirrels scurrying around, dropping nuts on your head.
Not a problem Mr Fox
. It is what is as...as they say. I am trying my best to make the best of the final days....the love of my life by my side. My youngest son came up from San Antonio came up this weekend and my Mom and sister came down from Euless...all to see me. We had a great visit, lots of BBQ ribs and BBQ chicken and pecan pies with ice cream. Was a good time....but it wore me out. I have no energy or strength and what I do have is spent trying to maintain my breathing.
I like that part about resting under a big tree....as squirrels scamper above.....as long as they don't pee on me...which they have done a few times.
If you have as wonderful a life as I have had, and are as fortunate as I have been, when you get to my stage in life, you will feel more blessed than not.
Regards!
