Unfortunately.

I much prefer cold than heat, as you can always put on more layers... and no <insert impolite word here> mosquitoes!

It is 45 outside. That's chilly, I do not enjoy that.

Also, in C 30 means it's pleasantly warm outside, 39c means it's plain out hot. Nah, I like smaller degrees for real feels.

When we built our last house, my wife went to the cabinet maker with her nicely drawn plans of the kitchen, all detailed with metric sizes.
The cabinet maker converted everything back to imperial!!
That was 37 years ago and the cabinet maker probably now resides in a nice polished box, measured in metric.

Imperial system is still used periodically here.
Mainly in height and weight of people, lumber, and land and house size.
I'm 5'10", not I'm 178cm tall.
I weigh 160lbs, not I weigh 72kg. (Technically I have a mass of 72kg, and weigh 706N as weight is a measure of the force exerted on an object due to gravity...).
I'll have 10ft of 2'x'4, not I'll have 3.05 metres of 38mm x 89mm.
I have 80 acres, not I have 32.4 hectares.
My house is 1000 square feet, not my house is 93 square metres.
I like your acreage, but your house is tiny.

Maybe the USA should adopt metric, then we can all act brilliant, uppity, and superior like the rest of the world.

Much too hot! Oh, you mean Fahrenheit, around 7 degrees. Still too hot!

In your measurements 20-30c day, 10-15c night is nearly perfect, but not quite there. 70-85 day, 50-60 nights is perfect in the best measurements for how it actually feels outside.

Interesting. 4x2" (or 2x4" if you prefer) is 102 x 51mm. But, that's rough sawn size. Dressed and gauged 4x2 is 90 x 45mm here. It seems you're being cheated with your 89 x 38mm!

Pretty sure Otis could make something dirty out of that statement, but I won't try.

I also noticed all you advocates for C for weather live in cold places, and that means you probably go out into the snow on purpose.

Here 2" x 4" are really 1.5" x 3.5".
