A while back, Mrs. Racer deserted me to go riding around North America with her sister or something, and left me to my own devices.

Here is one of the dinners I whipped up.

Shot just before the prawns were done.

Edamame, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, broccoli, onion, mango, cashews, mushrooms, miso paste, garlic, ginger, honey mirin, lime juice, chili oil.

Tasty.
