16 bit limit is 32767.
32 bit limit is 2147483647.
64 bit limit is 9223372036854775807.

The leap in the upper limit increases dramatically for each time the bit is doubled. So to follow the trend, a 128 bit system should limit out at what?

From -1.7 x 1038 to 1.7 x 1038 signed, or from 0 to 3.4 x 1038 unsigned.

They're about 28 bits at my local grocery.
I'm not talking bitcoins either.

Okay I'll simplify it. A very very big number and , if I've got my math right, the number is about how many seconds there have been in the history of the universe times 70000000000000000000.
