Velveeta = cheese??? I don't think so unless you think that cheese comes from a machine (!), and not pretty much directly from the milk from a cow (or possibly a goat/sheep)!

For me, when I can afford it, a very good Somerset (UK!) very-well cave-aged Cheddar is the "bees' knees"!
