You should go have a look-see. It is a breathtakingly beautiful area.

I just did a quick "google street view" tour around that area; spectacular!
Oh, and that mountain road I mentioned a few posts back - Google doesn't have it on their maps. And I suspect the street view car wouldn't go past the warning signs, either, telling you that the road is not meant for general use and that stopping along the road is prohibited due to danger of rock slides. Big rocks had taken out the guard rails in several places

never got it though
My brother had a Minox. Gave up on it after its third shutter mechanism failure. A fun camera, though.

Oh, and no lutefisk either, they're much smarter than they look.
I have to humbly disagree, Bob. Lutefisk are not very smart. They're dead, salted, dried, soaked in lye, rinsed in cold water forever, cooked and eaten. But not smart.

not necessary in this thread

but you could link to them
I'm back on the island now with no plans to stay at home long enough to process the images for a good while yet. But they will come. Eventually.

Hail bacon!

In this case, both.

I'm sensing some reluctance in the rejoicing here
