way back when, in the 90's I was part of a group that volunteered to take some kids from Sioux City Iowa to a member's fishing lodge west of Geraldton, north of the highway.

[ we drove straight from Sioux City, stopped in Minneapolis to tour the Dome and then straight to the lodge, east of Lake Nipigon and west of Geraldton]

one of the activities was to take the kids into Geraldton, meet the volunteer fire department and then take a short plane fights over the region in a float plane

[ I don't like flying in a small plane ! ]

did it twice

_______________

yellow split pea soup ????

I have had the " Irish " version [ green ] never seen the yellow
