Sausage McRacer. Like a Sausage McMuffin, only made at home, with Fresh ingredients. English muffin, toasted to perfection, egg poached in the microwave with some ground black pepper, sausage patty skillet cooked, and a slice of Tillamook sharp cheddar cheese.

Nothing fancy like our resident meat smoking expert Bob though. I work too much to spend time tending the smoker.
