Least you have half of it covered.

Whoa! I just had a flashback from the 70s in general, Smokey and the Bandit in particular.
10-4 Good buddy. East bound and down.

I used to make fun of all the medical commercials when I was younger. That back thing that hols you upside down and stretches your back. The teeter or something. Now I know what I want for christmas!

Hey, older people can still have desire.
I represent that. Growing old is mandatory. Growing up is optional.

No.

No more "Good Buddy"

Unless you like hangin' out in the "Pickle Park" (rest area). The Good Buddy kinda fell out of the lexicon. Too many homophobic truck drivers.

Now Smokey and the Bandit.

Well, let's just say Sally Field and I had a thing going. I used to do all of Burt's stunts.

Good times.

I guess you are not bad enough yet.
Well, ok. Laying down on solid surface, can help re-align the spine, to the point of returning some functionality.
How do I know...

When I fractured two vertebrae in my mid back in 1986 I spent 6 weeks sleeping on a sheet of plywood.

I had a bout with that that started in '09, for no apparent reason, and lasted until about a year and a half ago. At times standing up from a chair was agony, and any other movement wasn't much les painful. There was no position I could lay in that was pain free. Then it went away. I haven't had a problem, other than some occasional minor discomfort for some time now.
