How come?

Is it just an building materials economy drive or is there some other problem they are trying to solve?

Maybe it's for cleaning purpose? With a gap under the cubicles, janitors can use a hose to clean the floor.

Aha. I suffer the same problem. I've not touch a camera in more than a week - and then it was for work.

My exact thoughts Mark.
No skillets were harmed in the making of this video.

I did say 15 seconds is unusual. Longer than the recloser protection mechanism but too quick for repair crews to do anything.

Charlie's slacking, we haven't been informed it's TGIF day.
All day yesterday seemed like Friday to me, so it's my Saturday.

Short road trip for me and Mrs Bob today.
Lunch in a small town and peeping at fall leaves, those that didn't get knocked down by yesterday's rain and strong winds.
Pffft

I don’t understand why people celebrate Friday so, it is one more day closer to Monday than Thursday.

Had lunch in Bourbon, MO.

We ate at the Big Guy's place, catfish for me, fried chicken for Mrs Bob. Good Lord it was good!

Poked around an antique store, saw this booth with a lot of cast iron and thought of youse guys.

All in all a nice little road trip, even though I didn't use my K-Pee & 18-135 even once.

Funny I posted this.

Today at work we were supposed to have a meeting with our second level manager (my boss's boss, a new guy in that position), that was rescheduled from Wednesday/ It was supposed to happen just after lunch.

Of course we all sat there after lunch, waiting and after ten minutes or so everyone got up and went back to work.

I went to my manager and asked her what was going on.

She asked if our crew lead had told us the meeting had been postponed yet again, I told her no, and she went on a rampage looking for the crew lead to chew his butt.

I recited Strother Martin's line from the movie.

She didn't get it.

I love catfish.

Ate a lot of it when I was a truck driver, traveling all over the big old US of A. Lots of catfish joints everywhere in the Heartland.

Just about all the truck stop bathrooms I stopped at while working as a truck driver had walls all the way from floor to ceiling, and big heavy doors. I didn't care for that layout, preferring the partition type.

They air out better.

Years back, in the hey-day of my career, I used to hate Sundays when everyone else seemed to love them. More often than not, I used to read through progress / problem reports and meeting agendas, and prepare for my week ahead on a Sunday afternoon... And if we visited friends on a Sunday (or had them visit us), I could never fully relax knowing I had all that stuff to do.

Even though I don't have that stuff to worry about now, I've never quite adapted to Sundays. It still feels like the last few hours before the onslaught of the week ahead
