When The Band's album came out I'm surprised I didn't wear out the grooves. Still have it, somewhere.
Up on Cripple Creek was/is still a favorite.
This song popped into my head with all this canoe talk.

Bob the Butcher.
I took a 5.6 lb. bone-in beef rib roast and cut it into a 3 bone rib snack, 4 cap steaks, and a 3 lb. roast.
The ribs will cook low and slow with either a brisket or pork butt, and I will snack on them when done.
