What kind of rum?

Tell me it is something good, like Meyer's Dark.

Eggnog (gag me) was my guess.

Mmmm . . . . chicken milk.

Must be tedious, milking chickens. I bet they have tiny teats.

So do sheep and I have had some amazing cheeses made from sheep's milk. Locally made even! I would pass on chicken cheese though, but chicken and cheese Ramen is amazing!

There's a farm not far from where we live that has some amazing goat cheese varieties, many of them award winning.

How many of you have ever milked a cow (or a goat for Bert)?

Me, once, a cow, never a goat for Bert though, I think he likes doing that all alone.

A Billy Connolly observation is: "Who discovered we could get milk from cows, and what did he think he was doing at the time?"

When I was a kid, my uncle had a dairy farm. So, yes, I've milked a few cows. No goats. No bulls either.

Today I am taking a holiday. When I applied for the holiday I put a line explaining that I was managing my holiday entitlement. Can only carry 5 days across the end of December. Also had to take another holiday on Thursday.
