Actually I haven’t worked inside the Big Shed for a couple years now. I’m out in the spar shop, a much smaller building on the corner of the property. I still get in to the Big Shed every now and again, but no longer on a daily basis.

Your diet is too complicated. Mine is much simpler. It's a strict carb, fat, and protein based diet; eat whatever you find whenever you're hungry. Works great.
