Applying amplification to the Devil"s Testicle! Well that is just sacrelidge, an abomination and a WMD.

This was my treat last night. It was silently aging and mellowing in my fridge for the last year. So delicious.

Winnipeg, Manitoba, December 21, 2009.

A few days before Christmas 2009, at the Flying J. Fifty degrees F below zero, not counting the wind chill factor (there was a slight breeze now and then, but mostly it was calm). Saw this K100 with a big house sleeper.

Of course! Well, at least I can point you in the right direction

My surroundings aren't quite as spectacular. Although... This guy seems to fancy my city. There are even some clips showing our little island in there

It will take 10 minutes of you time, though.

Yeah, it flew once, a few feet off the water, for a few hundred yards or something, and never flew again.

What an accomplishment.

The snow has changed to light rain.
Some folks were stuck in traffic on I-44 last night for over 12 hours, vehicles littering the sides of roads everywhere.
Many parked them and started walking. A grandson walked for 2 hours to get home.

Woo! Hoo!

What a beautiful sight!

I love to look out the window and see scenes like that.

Oh no!

Not rain!

More snow!

Crazy how people who live in a place that regularly get heavy snow can't deal with it when it comes each year.

I passed through Council Bluffs, Iowa one winter the day after a big snowstorm blew through. Jackknifed trucks, rolled over cars, pickups and suv's, cars abandoned in the middle of the freeway, all manner of carnage. And the kind of conditions there don't even come close to the frozen rain on the pavement covered with a wet slippery layer of snow that we get in the Pacific Northwet.

Bummer.

But hey, the exercise was good for him, and the experience will help build good character.

If you want to keep things warm, try the fridge!

Sorry

And if that makes me sound like a Canadian I'm sorry for that, too.

I'm not sure who that guy is, but he sure is good at emphasising the positive things

But hey, I like it here. At least in the summer I can't think of a better place to be.

Yes, a good move. He's a controversial figure, though. But then I guess you don't go from nothing to $2.6bn without stepping on some toes along the way.
