You need to try mushroom cap pizzas in Darth.
3 of these with bacon, 2 with pulled pork.

I've got the big head this morning.
On FB's Missouri Birders group page I got a complement on a pic I had posted, from a person I don't know, her timeline says she's an artist.
She said:
"This image is grand - the composition, colors, textures, shapes...so nice. I'm totally swooning."
Sorry about my topic, taken with a KP, not a stinkin" k3
BACON!

Besides, our houses aren't really designed like yours... Well, mine certainly isn't (see first photo below which is the rear of my home). I could have a covered area over the main patio (left hand side in the second photo below), I suppose, but that's also my best sun-trap and where I normally put up the table and chairs for Summer.
Nice looking home Mike.

And I see it has a chimney.

Which means there is a fireplace in the house, right?

So cook over the fire in the fireplace.

Like our ancestors did.

Nostalgic, eh?

Anyhoo...

I found a nice recipe and directions for oven-baking pork ribs. Will try this out next week. In the house. Where it's warm, and dry

Tender Pork Spare Ribs Recipe - Allrecipes.com
Sounds delicious.

And hey, no parboiling.

Perfect!

Where I lived in Shelbourne and in much of rural Ontario people barbecue all winter in their garages. They open the front door of the garages, move the barbecue out front under the overhang., 7-10 people gather round with their lawn chairs. They drink beer and barbecue and party.
Sounds like they know how to live, eh?

Beautiful porch Racer! It is even outfitted with rocking chairs for when you get old!
Thanks Charlie.

There are also a pair of Adirondack chairs in the East side.

And on the back a couple of benches, and that grill I mentioned.
