Bombardier Dash 8 .....The DHC-8 Dash 8 is a series of turboprop-powered regional airliners, introduced by de Havilland Canada (DHC) in 1984. DHC was later bought by Boeing in 1988, then by Bombardier in 1992.

I had to look up ramekin.

So here is the thing, I never liked cooked fruit but recently I found that pear cooked with brie and thinly sliced cured meat of some kind is delicious. Maybe the above recipe will change my view on peaches. I will always try something once. Even chicken's feet; now I can honestly say, I do not care for chickens feet.
Try that with Canadian Bacon.

Apple Pie on a Stick

We used to do almost the same thing with cooking apples when I was a kid. Leaving the apple whole, we'd core it (but leave the base intact), then fill the space with a mix of butter, brown sugar and cinnamon, before baking. Deeelishus!!!!
APPLE PIE ON A STICK

Slide an apple onto a long, metal shish-Ke-bab skewer, stem to butt, leaving the loop end as exposed as possible. Roast it IN the coals of an open campfire or over hot charcoal coals until the skin is blackened (turn occasionally using a pot holder or other skin protection), about 5 minutes. Remove from fire and scrape the skin off. It should slide right off without slicing the Apple underneath, Roll in cinnamon spread on a baking sheet (you need a lot of cinnamon to do this - like a restaurant-sized container of cinnamon).

Better than SíMores.

Then, why do they not do the sensible thing and move to a place they consider habitable?

Think of all the environmental problems that would be alleviated if people chose to live in laces which help them live in those places rather than fighting against the elements in inclement places.
370,000,000 people canít fit in San Diego.

Propeller.

I thought so.

But why does a WestJET have a propeller?

Did some factory worker build it wrong before delivery or was it some mechanic that got a good deal on propellers?

Or should the boss bloke at WestJET read Confucius Analects (I note ancient Chinese books are popular in MBA mills) are take account of the exchange therein: "If you were emperor, what is the first thing you would do?" and Confucius replied "Name things properly." Then that business would be renamed something like WestFLYERS.

It is just the name of the airline.

Besides, the engine is a turboprop. Technically still a jet engine.

A turboprop engine is essentially the same as a jet engine. The biggest difference is that a turboprop engine drives a propeller via a shaft and reduction gearbox. Exhaust thrust in a turboprop is sacrificed in favour of shaft power. The reduction gearing converts the high RPM/low torque output of the turbine to low RPM/high torque. The propeller itself is normally a constant speed (variable pitch) type similar to that used with larger reciprocating aircraft engines.
