I don't know. But, my wife's first gynie was a guy with the name of Joe Meyring. When not looking into or fiddling he spent his leisure hours looking into and fiddling with Ferrari engines. He had one on blocks in the parking garage at his place of work so that he could fiddle with it in his lunch hour.

I did notice that he somehow managed to keep his hands clean. Probably surgical gloves helped with that.

Aren't the majority of doctors, including groinacologists (tip-of-the-hat to Archie Bunker), men?

No trouble at all. You're not supposed to see any numbers in those. It simply means you're not colourblind.
That explains everything...

So do you see any numbers?

Or, do you see any lines?
No numbers, only lines that looked like distorted N.Y Yankees logo.

As far as color blindness goes, I only see in black and white.

9 out of 10 - I missed on the darkest yellow. Top 2% isn't too bad, I think.

Yes, I think it's more a test of your screen than of your colour perception.

Reminds me of a joke. (crossposted in the joke thread)

THE GYNECOLOGIST WHO BECAME A MECHANIC

A gynecologist had become fed up with malpractice insurance and HMO paperwork,
and was burned out. Hoping to try another career where skillful hands would be
beneficial, he decided to become a mechanic. He went to the local technical
college, signed up for evening classes, attended diligently, and learned all he
could.

When the time of the practical exam approached, the gynecologist prepared
carefully for weeks, and completed the exam with tremendous skill. When the
results came back, he was surprised to find that he had obtained a score of
150%. Fearing an error, he called the Instructor, saying, “I don’t want to
appear ungrateful for such an outstanding result, but I wonder if there is an
error in the grade?”

“The instructor said, “During the exam, you took the engine apart perfectly,
which was worth 50% of the total mark. You put the engine back together again
perfectly, which is also worth 50% of the mark.”

After a pause, the instructor added, “I gave you an extra 50% because you did it
all through the muffler, which I’ve never seen done in my entire career”.

My dad was 6 feet tall, and wore a size 9 shoe.

I topped out at 6 feet, but have lost 2 inches from spinal disc compression. And my feet stopped at size 8.

Little Feet Don't Fail Me Now.

That is changing. In Australia I think the majority of medical students are women, by a small margin.

Feet, Gynaecologists, colour blindness, start at the floor and work upwards. Soon we will be talking about barbers (or should that be 'stylists'?).
