As a very young man, I was stopped by the police whilst in my (then four-year-old) '82 Ford Capri... But the car was more-or-less stationary... I wasn't even in the driver's seat, and my girlfriend, Gillian, was with me Ah, those teenage years
There was not that much space in a Ford Capri back seat!

Very true, Mark. But, for the opportunity that was presented and the limited amount of time I needed, it was luxury (except on that occasion)

In other news...

I'm happy to report that a lens previously used almost exclusively to shoot squirrels has arrived in New Zealand.
Some of my first shots with it.

I'm clearly behind on the thread, Mark... Is that Rupert's Sigma you're shooting??

It can also be achieved in the back seat of a 1967 Firebird.
Don't ask me how I know.

So you were an egg timer?

Was that soft boiled or hard boiled?

Hey, a Datsun Z doesn't have a back seat.

But there is still room enough with the seats moved fully back, and laid back as much as they will go . . . . . . .

Just watch out for the shift lever, eh?

devilish

Hard to begin with, but distinctly softer after the fact

I was a "late starter" in such matters, and forgive myself my lack of control at the time... I got into my stride shortly afterwards

No, you're not behind. This is the first time I've posted about it and this last weekend was the first time I had it out and about. It is, indeed, Rupert's Bigma.
I'm very happy that it arrived safely and I hope some Otis magic rubs off onto me when I shoot with it.

Or the front seat of a Datsun 120Y.
Don't ask me how I know.

That's one of the benefits of "three on the tree" in a '57 Ford.
